Bought some very expensive trainer's for Christmas present but they were wrong size so we checked website to see if they were open on boxing day and if we could swap items. website said it was ok, so we drove into bradford paid for parking etc... to find that when we got to the store that refunds was available as it took too long and they only wanted new money. This kind of policy should be on there website so people know. Wouldn't recommend or go back. We went again to the shop and got a refund and bought the trainers from another shop.
Refused an exchange because were too busy and they take too long to do Poor customer service, poor attitudes from young member of staff. Absolutely no desire in helping or pride in customer experience. Call centre staff are a credit to the business, shame the face of the business isnt as invested in customer experience.
For me one of the best places to go but could be better if there was more room to stand
