just been this morning to collect a parcel 2 people in front of me lady behind counter on phone . lady on sweet counter sais ill serve you so 1 in front went she said bot you i cant do parcels. waited 10 minuites shes still on phone i asked are you going to be long iam on way to work she gestured me over gave me parcel never spoke or stopped her call . after doing this job 20 years i couldnt get over how rude she was not once saying a word to me .

Women with black hair behind posting service counter is rude with bad customer service! Speaks with an attitude!
Staff behind the shop counter are ok but behind the post office counter i am not to sure. Might be too warm behind those glass walls I guess.
