Very unprofessional service. If one is unable to keep their initial promise they should offer few options to solve the problem and not order them down a single narrow path. Asking and telling is 2 different thing. Very poor service indeed never again will use services from here.
Googled the nearerest pharmacy around and Farrow Phamarcy it was. Thought to checked out the review and crossed my mind not to go there but then decided to do in the end. As soon as I entered two staff was there one of the staff named Zac saw me and asked for my inquiry. Helped me in getting what I wanted. I must say both staffs were brilliant, well mannered very helpful, great customer service, keep up the good work.Ill be heading back if required next time again around. Cheers!!
Appalling treatment by staff who refused to sell me pain medication for a long term repetitive strain injury that leaves me unable to function fully. Avoid like the plague there are lots of other pharmacies where the staff dont treat you with suspicion. I am not an addict I am simply someone in pain you monsters. I will be writing a letter of complaint and posting reviews to Twitter & FB and contacting my doctor to write to the pharmacy also. Sickened that a Pharmacy will refuse treatment for my pain simply because other people misuse pain medication. You should be ashamed!
Great staff and very helpful. Thanx guys keep up the good work. It is very clean and they also have private areas to talk to staff in.
