Worst customer service ever! Ordered food online...the meal I ordered came with fries and a drink but when I went to pick up I wasnt given 1. I explained what I ordered but the guy at the counter was very rude and said it doesnt come with 1. I tried explaining but he wouldnt listen. Never placing an order with them again!
This place used to be really good when it opened but now the standard have dropped to the point that their cooked meat is either rubber or half uncooked. Just disappointing really.
Ordered food at 7pm delivered at 8.35pm one full meal missing rang them sent order that waz missing with a free piece of cake mmm my favourite not any more it waz mouldy n gave me food poisoning gave management a chance to contact me 2 days later nothing so reported to health n safety
