Poor Service took my payment, then claimed they sent it back and i had to pay again... still 6 days later and i have not had my money back, James in corporate sales seems to have all the answers and was quite rude and deflected all blame. on another note prices seem fair, have used before without issue, product did turn up next day, just very annoyed that i'm 6 days in and still out of pocket as I've paid twice.
Would give them 0 stars if I could! Terrible avoid like the plague! My fiancee purchased a reasonably expensive 3 litre bottle of wine for me as a present. The wine was corked and they refused to do anything just because we had the wine for a couple of months (because everyone opens wine straight away obviously!) We had photo's of the cork crumbling and soaked red with wine but they couldn't care less and wouldn't do a thing after messing us around for weeks. Con artists at their finest!
Absolute scum, the order was never attempted to be delivered, after i contacted the delivery company that drinks direct use the told me to go away. Then when i contacted drinks direct i got a VERY unhelpful person who eventually said the order would be refunded. I now found out it hasn't and they want to charge re-stock and delivery fee's. STAY AWAY
