I visit Pakistani consulate for my nadra card renewal I been made it appointment online 2weeks before for 10am when I went there at 9:30am I still have to wait in que 45 minutes so why we need to make appointment online if we still wait in que? If you got token number already this means you go on your time straight away in. Also they need more room for the people who go inside for photos & felling up peppers there is no room for sitting or waiting staff & parking wise okay need more improvement in this place
I went there for legalization of documents after reading all these reviews. But what happened was quite opposite to that. While they definitely need to improve management of appointments the staff was very helpful. They advised me and responded in a very positive manner.
08/12/2017: Mash'Allah such good and rude service yaar, really enjoyed my time here. Was rudely interrupted, rudely spoken to, being asked personal awkward questions that were VERY unrelated to the application. I and my family felt claustrophobic, and we felt that the queueing system was unhelpful. Not happy.Edit #1: Its April 2018 now and has been 4 months. I still haven't got my NADRA card yet. Went today and saw all of your calls being diverted by the kind uncle sorting out my NADRA card because I contacted the embassy on Twitter lol. I couldn't leave 0 star becouse bradford consulate doesn't deserve 1 star the staff is unhelpful rude and will never accept there fault the idiot's filled my nadra card form and was rejected but no apology
very poor customer services. staff is not cooperative. I was trying to call on their number.. no one attended the call and when O went there staff was so rude. I was so dissapointed.I wish i can give zero star.
