I don't understand all the negative comments. I was referred here by my dentist ( now they are useless) for wisdom teeth extraction. The dentist and his assistant were brilliant removed my tooth in 10 minutes..explained everything in a manner that took the nerves away. Yes i did have to wait 30 minutes over my appointment time but i am realistic to know things run over in such environments. If i didn't live in another city these guys would be my dentists.
ZERO STARS FOR ZERO TEETH FIXED!!!! Absolute shambles of a dentist. Waited over a week for an emergency appointment for an exposed nerve on a chipped front tooth. Attended appointment late yesterday and was fitted with a temporary filling which FELL OFF as I brushed my teeth! Tried to arrange another appointment this morning was told the earliest I could be offered an appointment was FEBRUARY?! Asked to speak to a manager and was told there were no dentists OR managers on site today and I had to call back Monday at 8am otherwise I would have to wait until February. What a joke!! Receptionist unable to make me an appointment, give me a managers name or help with anything else. I have never known customer service so poor or any organisation so unwilling to rectify their mistakes. HAPPY TO TAKE MONEY BUT GOD HELP YOU IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The worst dental service I have come across since been with them for over 5 years they have removed me from their database without any notification. Apparently I have missed a number of appointments which Im not even aware of the attitude of the staff and they cant even retain their staff every time I went in the previous dentist I saw had left and in the 5 years over 7 dentist and reception staff have left says something about this unprofessional setupI would not recommend this practice to anyone

One of the worst experiences ever at a clinic.I had visited the clinic on 18th of July 2018, for treating my wife for toothache. Since there were no NHS slots available, we had to register for private practice. Once the checkup was done, the dentist told us that she had cavities in 3 teeth and it requires treatment and that they would issue a treatment plan. which was split into 4 appointments. We asked if the treatment could be completed by end of August, as we had travel out of country. The dentist assured us that it would get completed by then. The first appointment that was given to us was 2 weeks later. My wife had to suffer the pain till then. But by the time of the appointment, we got a call from the clinic saying that the dentist was not available and that we would need to wait another week. So after a week of delay, we finally visited the clinic. We were asked to make the payment for the day's treatment. The receptionist charged us more than our due amount for that day, which I realised later. On enquiring, she apologised and assured us that the excess amount would be adjusted from the later appointments to come. We had to wait for an hour to see the dentist. Because of the delay, the dentist was not able to perform all the procedures that were planned for the day. He said that the rest of the procedures would be done on the next day (But they had charged us for all the procedures). As expected the next appointment was given 2 weeks later. Yet again, by the time of the next appointment, we got a call from the clinic saying that the dentist is not available. But this time, the next appointment they gave us was after 2 months, for the 1st week of October. We had had enough by then, so we told them that we did not wish to continue and that we would like to get a refund of the money that was charged in excess. They told me that they would take this up with the Practice Manager, and that she would call me back. But, I never got a call back. I followed up several times, but the only response I got was that they would pass the message to the Practice Manager and that she would call back. After several such follow ups I visited the practice in order to meet the Practice Manager in person. The Practice Manager apologised to me for the inconvenience caused. 1. She promised to send me an email as assurance detailing the action that would be taken to resolve the issue.2. Since the refund amount was over 100 pounds, she would need some approval from the management. This would be sought immediately. This meeting happened on the 13th of September. But none of the above items were done till date. I have been regularly following up with the clinic, but no action seems to happen.What has happened to me is nothing short of daylight robbery. I am appalled at the insensitivity to the whole issue.
