This place is a joke would give it 0 stars really unprofessional ordered a bridal outfit paid a deposit of 400 and went to collect it a couple of days ago it was not what we ordered the zip was broken the sleeves wasn't the right size the colour was different to what we picked. The man was not co-operative very rude and started giving us attitude, Saying "what you going to do". Getting married is a stressful time as it is.. we left without our deposit or the outfit really disheartened by this so now the wedding is around the corner and I have no outfit!! I would have taken this further but with the wedding so close and so much going on I have left this matter here for now.. i wanted to put my experience on here so other brides don't experience what I have experienced and hopefully shop elsewhere. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Total waste of time visiting these guys. Just full of promises. They couldn't get the material they were advertising on a manakin in their shop. They wanted a deposit putting down first but no guarantees that I woud get what I wanted. Save yourselves the time and money by not visiting.
Nice design cloth but a bit overpriced
Having visited Dhoom many times in the past I was expecting the usual lack of customer service and overwhelming attitude of the staff. However was pleasantly surprised with the arrival of the new lady was very thorough with explanations and was very helpful. Only one thing that ruined my visit would be towards the end when I witnessed an argument amongst the lady and another worker who I've seen many times in the past. The lady who was helping me was only trying to cater to my needs as I had children with me but this man interrupted and threw items of clothes infront of her and was yelling at her as if she were a incompetent child. This level of rudeness I would've never tolerate however there wasn't much I could do. Overall I was impressed from the improvement and cannot wait to visit again. Hoping they maintain this new level of professionalism.
This place is absolutely tragic. I am warning you, do not order from here! They lie about their order times and the customer service is diabolical. We waited the agreed number of weeks for our order and on the day of collection they told us 2 more weeks?! And even then they were still unsure if it would be ready by then. They then told us the delay is because their dress makers took 2 weeks holiday. So they didn't think to disclose this when we placed our order? It's absurd.The 2 men who work upstairs are clueless and have no empathy whatsoever and responded like it's an everyday thing for them to let people down. Do not waste your money and your time here!
