Id like to really thank the staff for turning a disaster into a brilliant experience. I bought a fairly expensive tent recently. First time putting it up one of the fibre glass poles shattered. I went back to the store disgruntled and was given excellent customer service. The pole was repaired and advice given as to how to prevent problems in future. In summary; helpful staff who go above and beyond to help when needed. Ill be using this store again.
Really good prices and loads of choice. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Big car park which is never full.
Sadly staff of poor personality and helpfulness. Sizes of goods small, I needed a XXX that was to size and not to fit a chap of 12 stone and 5'6".We spent about 170 which may not be much to them but it is to me, at the till I was asked if I wanted a bag? Asked for the money and given my change. Then she turned immediately away and started talking to her mate. Sorry Go Outdoors, I won't be back in a hurry!
