Unprofessional and very disappointing!These people never pick up their phones no matter how many times you ring..I saw it in the shop how they ignore the calls and I call that very unprofessional and rude! Theres not enough staff members and they can only take 2 people at once! Last week, I decided to book a dry trim online and I thought the online system was a great idea as they never answer the phone calls. I got an email of confirmation as well for my appointment but I decided to ring again and double check. Luckily someone picked up then only to tell me that the online system stopped working ages ago and that theres no appointment for my name! Honestly if you can avoid it then do so as nothing is good from this salon!

I can quite honestly say that, I had the worst haircut ever at Aminahs. Firstly, she didn't listen to what I wanted in terms of my hair cut. And she was extremely intrusive, it wasn't small talk, it was just downright intrusive. Anyways I came out with a totally inadequate haircut, nothing like what I had requested. I actually really don't think she knows how to cut hair, when I said this is not what I want, she replied "this is the way I do it" Quite frankly, they're an absolute joke. They have no idea how to cut hair, should really stick to waxing legs and plucking eyebrows....
Very quick to take deposits however makes false accusations before service has even provided. Rude woman..learn to treat your customers rightfully before opening up a business.
